With MMA, Marketing doesn’t have to be the first to go, or the first to come. The departmental support service from MMA is a wraparound option which means regardless of the size of your company or marketing department, there will always be an external function ready to work at short notice.
Employing your first Marketing full time employee as a small, growing company can be a big, luxurious step. Chances are that you need marketing support before this stage - not enough for one FTE, but too much for your existing employees to handle their own marketing. This is where MMA comes in - we carry the weight until you’re big enough to get that first marketeer. We can even help you find them, train them and mentor them. We’ll be there for them and you in times of need, but we’re happy to step back and let them get on with the job.
Half an Marketeer
It may be that your company employs someone in a dual role; perhaps an office manager who also does marketing for example. Chances are that neither role is getting the attention it deserves, or that marketing is the lesser of the two. MMA can either pick up the marketing work - at a cheaper cost than employing someone else - or set a plan in place to either help / upskill the half-marketer or train other people in the company to help share the workload.
If you already have a dedicated marketing employee, we can offer training, upskilling and mentoring if they’re entry level or simply don’t know what they don’t know (perhaps they’ve been with you for a few years and switched to marketing from an admin function or similar). We can also be used as an overflow outlet in times of high demand and planned overflow (a big pitch perhaps) or to cover them during annual leave or if they’re off work due to sickness.
If you have the luxury of two marketeers then you might only need MMA to cover something like maternity cover - far cheaper than using an interim or contractor on a daily rate, regardless of their output.
